Better Call Saul is a television drama series created by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould. The show is a prequel to the popular series Breaking Bad, and follows the life of Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk), a struggling lawyer who eventually becomes the criminal lawyer Saul Goodman.
Season 3 of Better Call Saul premiered on April 10, 2017, and consisted of 10 episodes. In this season, Jimmy McGill continues his transformation into Saul Goodman, while his relationship with his girlfriend Kim Wexler becomes increasingly strained. Meanwhile, Mike Ehrmantraut finds himself becoming more deeply entangled in the criminal underworld, as he tries to protect his granddaughter and seeks revenge against the Salamanca drug cartel.
The season also introduces the character of Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito), a prominent drug lord who is a key figure in Breaking Bad. Fring becomes involved with both Jimmy and Mike, setting the stage for the events that will eventually lead to Breaking Bad.
Season 3 of Better Call Saul was highly acclaimed by critics and fans alike, and was nominated for multiple awards, including several Primetime Emmy Awards.
